Labor Rates Do Not Include Cost of Parts

A $45 diagnostic fee will be charged if no work is performed by Pace PC Solutions.

Phone Support is billed in 15 minute increments at a rate of $45 per hour

Remote Computer Support is billed in 15 minute increments at a rate of $65 per hour

On-Site Support is available and billed at a rate of $75 per hour

You will never be charged any hidden fees.

If after your diagnosis you choose not to have any service done, a fee of $45 will be charged. The diagnostic fee will be waived for any work completed by our company.
